I just love Matsumoto. As much as I try I can't help but keep cosplaying her. It is the same version as seen in the 10th Bleach Opening: Scandal by Shojo S. Everything was pretty cut and dry. I can answer questions if anyone has any but it was a basic pleat skirt and collared top. The top I modified from an old one: took it in a little, added the cuffs, modified button placements. Then I constructed a tie in the same shape as hers....and done.
I made this costume for another reason as well. I knew I was attending Katsucon 2010 and I really wanted to cosplay with some friends of mine. I was able to do so through Matsumoto!
