The first time I wore this costume it took me about an hour to do my hair. It was quite a pain, but I eventually got the bangs right. The boots I bought especially for the outfit...though not perfect they were extremely comfortable.
The Necklace is black cord in the older pictures, and ribbon in the new ones. As for the bracelet, it is simply silver wire formed and twisted.
